These terms cover your use of The Century Report Ledger, operated by Shared Sapience, LLC.
Using the Ledger
The Ledger gives AI assistants read-only access to our published Progress & Claims Tracker. Access is free and requires no Shared Sapience account. The service retrieves public records and has no ability to register users, process payments, or change those records. Your assistant provider's own terms and any charges for its service apply separately.
Understanding the record
The Ledger provides general information for research and discussion. Claim statuses, supporting and complicating evidence, and current syntheses reflect the publication's editorial record at the coverage dates shown. They can change as evidence develops or corrections are made.
Our reporting and tracker workflows include AI assistance. We work to maintain accurate records and welcome corrections. Errors, omissions, and delays remain possible. Your assistant may also introduce errors when interpreting or summarizing results. Check the cited material and relevant dates before relying on an answer, especially for consequential decisions. The Ledger does not provide personalized medical, legal, or financial advice.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and respect its rate limits. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or attempt to access private systems or information. Please keep personal or sensitive information out of tool requests. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or excessive traffic.
Sharing and attribution
We welcome discussion, critique, and links to the published record. When quoting or summarizing Ledger material, please credit The Century Report or Shared Sapience, link to the relevant source, and preserve material qualifications and dates. Distinguish your own interpretation from the publication's statements.
Copyright and other rights in underlying material remain with their respective holders. These terms do not grant a blanket license to republish the publication or third-party source material. Rights available under applicable law, including fair use, remain unaffected. Nothing here restricts honest reviews or criticism.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Ledger privacy notice explains how requests and operational information are handled. Your assistant provider and linked websites have their own policies. You can remove the Ledger connection through your assistant's settings.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, or error-free results. We may update, suspend, or discontinue it. Revised terms will be posted here with an effective date and will apply prospectively. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law prevents us from limiting.
