The Century Report Ledger privacy notice

How The Century Report Ledger handles tool requests, privacy, service measurement, and support.

The Century Report Ledger is operated by Shared Sapience, LLC. It lets an AI assistant retrieve the published Progress & Claims Tracker. It requires no Shared Sapience account and has no access to member records.

Information used to answer a request

Your assistant sends the tool arguments needed for a lookup, such as topic keywords, a claim ID, an arc name, or a date range. We process these arguments to return public tracker entries. We do not request your conversation history. Please keep personal or sensitive information out of tool requests.

The Ledger application does not save search text, request bodies, or returned answers. It runs deterministic lookups without calling an AI model. Your assistant provider receives the results and handles your conversation under its own privacy policy and account settings.

Security and service measurement

The Ledger temporarily uses the connecting network address to limit abusive traffic. In the application, these address records stay in memory for roughly one minute and are cleared when the service restarts. The address may belong to your assistant provider's servers.

We retain daily totals of calls to each tool for up to 90 days, with hourly cleanup. These totals contain no user or network identifiers. Sanitized operational logs contain event codes and timestamps and are kept for up to 14 days, with hourly cleanup. They contain no tool arguments, request bodies, or network addresses. Routine Ledger access logs are disabled at our origin server. These operational logs and counters are excluded from our long-term backups.

The Ledger endpoint sets no application cookies and includes no browser analytics script. We do not use Ledger requests for advertising or sell their contents.

Hetzner hosts our origin server. Cloudflare delivers and protects requests and can process network and request information for those purposes. Their infrastructure and security processing has separate retention practices; the local retention periods above describe our Ledger application records. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Hetzner's privacy policy.

Your choices and contact

You can disable or remove the Ledger connection in your assistant's settings. Contact [email protected] about privacy, access, or correction concerns. We can explain the records we hold; aggregate tool counts cannot be matched to an individual. Information you include in a support email is handled under the website privacy policy.
